APKBAT DMCA Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

APKBAT respects the intellectual property rights of application developers, publishers, copyright owners, and other content creators.

This policy explains how copyright owners can report material or links appearing on APKBAT that they believe infringe their rights.

About Content on APKBAT

APKBAT is an independent information website that publishes app descriptions, reviews, installation guides, screenshots, logos, and links to third-party websites.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, APKBAT does not claim ownership of third-party applications, games, trademarks, logos, screenshots, or other protected materials. All rights remain with their respective owners.

Some download buttons may direct users to external websites. APKBAT can review, remove, or disable access to content and links under our control. We cannot remove material hosted on a third-party website that we do not operate.

Copyright Infringement Notification

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that material available on APKBAT infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice containing the following information:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information, including a valid email address.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
  3. The exact APKBAT URL where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  4. A clear description of the material you want reviewed, removed, or disabled.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  7. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay our ability to identify and review the reported material.

Where to Send a Notice

Please send copyright infringement notices to:

Copyright Contact: APKBAT Copyright Team
Email: dmca@apkbat.com.pk
Subject: Copyright Infringement Notice

Please make sure that the email address and information provided in your notice are accurate so we can contact you if clarification is required.

What Happens After a Notice

After receiving a complete copyright notice, APKBAT may:

  • Review the reported page, image, text, or external link
  • Request additional information from the sender
  • Remove or disable access to material under our control
  • Remove or update an external download link
  • Notify the person responsible for the affected material, where appropriate
  • Maintain a record of the notice and our response

Submitting a notice does not guarantee automatic removal. We may review whether the report is complete, valid, and directed at material controlled by APKBAT.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content or link was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
  3. The location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  4. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction required under applicable DMCA procedures and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their authorized agent.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send counter-notifications to the same copyright email address with the subject:

DMCA Counter-Notification

Where legally applicable, we may forward a valid counter-notification to the original complainant. Material may be restored if the complainant does not provide notice of appropriate legal action within the period required by applicable law.

False or Misleading Notices

Copyright notices and counter-notifications are legal communications.

Anyone who knowingly submits false or materially misleading information may be responsible for resulting damages, costs, or legal fees. Consider obtaining qualified legal advice before submitting a notice if you are uncertain whether the material infringes your rights.

Repeat Infringement

Where appropriate, APKBAT may remove content, disable links, restrict contributors, or take other reasonable action concerning repeated or credible copyright infringement complaints.

Trademarks and Other Complaints

This DMCA Policy is intended for copyright complaints.

Trademark, privacy, defamation, safety, or other non-copyright concerns should be submitted through our Contact Us page with a clear description of the issue and the relevant APKBAT URL.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy when our website, contact information, or applicable requirements change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
