What Happens After a Notice
After receiving a complete copyright notice, APKBAT may:
- Review the reported page, image, text, or external link
- Request additional information from the sender
- Remove or disable access to material under our control
- Remove or update an external download link
- Notify the person responsible for the affected material, where appropriate
- Maintain a record of the notice and our response
Submitting a notice does not guarantee automatic removal. We may review whether the report is complete, valid, and directed at material controlled by APKBAT.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content or link was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
- The location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction required under applicable DMCA procedures and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their authorized agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

DMCA Counter-Notification
Where legally applicable, we may forward a valid counter-notification to the original complainant. Material may be restored if the complainant does not provide notice of appropriate legal action within the period required by applicable law.
False or Misleading Notices
Copyright notices and counter-notifications are legal communications.
Anyone who knowingly submits false or materially misleading information may be responsible for resulting damages, costs, or legal fees. Consider obtaining qualified legal advice before submitting a notice if you are uncertain whether the material infringes your rights.
Repeat Infringement
Where appropriate, APKBAT may remove content, disable links, restrict contributors, or take other reasonable action concerning repeated or credible copyright infringement complaints.
